ServiceNow is a service management ticketing and tracking system. It is available for campus users to ask questions, submit service or software requests, and easily check up on the statuses of their tickets. It is accessible anywhere and anytime.
Submitting a Ticket
To submit a ServiceNow ticket with the Administration and Finance Information Technology group (AFIT), you can either:
- Send an email describing your problem, question, or service request to: email@example.com
- Log into the ServiceNow Self-Service platform by clicking on this link: Create a ServiceNow incident
- Call the AFIT office at (657) 278-3737
