  1. Project Request
    To submit a project request, please email afitsupport@fullerton.edu with the following information:
    1. Email Subject: Project Request: {Project Name}
    2. Project Description
    3. Department Requesting the Project
    4. Who's the main contact for this project?
    5. What is the issue you need to resolve?
    6. Who will use this solution?
    7. Expected Start Date
    8. Expected End Date
    9. Are there any special requests or considerations for this project?
  2. Review Request
    The IT Senior Leadership will review the submitted project and will assign a project manager if approved.
